The recently build residence Maricampo disposes of 25 apartments distributed over 2 floors as well as of an outside parking where you can leave your car without danger. The residence lies in a fenced garden from which our guests can access a secondary road with few traffic that allows to reach, in a few minutes walk, the near Marina di Campo bay.
Continuing on the beach promenade, with a relaxing walk you can reach the center of the village.
For total relax, the swimmingpool of the residence is surrounded by a large tiled place with umbrellas and deck chairs.
The Apartments
Each apartment is composed of a living room with kitchenette, double-bed-couch and a cupboard with an extractible bunk bed, bath with shower, covered and furnished terrace with table
and chairs to eat outside. Each 1-room apartment can host 4 guests and disposes also of air-conditionning and color TV.

Informations
Offer Early Booking
Offer valid for bookings of at least 45 days before arrival date and a minimum of 7 nights. This offer is valid in the period from 28th of May to to 3th of September.
Others Periods
From the January 1st to Aprile 25 and from September 25 to December 31: minimum stay 3 nights, bed linen available on request at a cost of 10€ per person.
Easter: minimum stay 3 nights for 75€, surcharge 50€ per night.
The price are included:
taxes, water, light, bed linen and bath towels (kitchen excluded), with weekly change, parking, use of the swimming pool, TV color and air-conditioning. From the January 1st to May 31 and from September 13 to December 31, bed linen and bath towels available on request at a cost of 10€ per person.
Deposit
(to be payed on site): € 150,00
Extra charge:
Final cleaning: € 60,00.
Extra final cleaning: € 50,00 for kitchenette cleaning, if left dirty.
Pets: we accept cats and small dogs in the apartments. The animals are not allowed in the common areas and at the swimmingpool. We charge a supplement of € 45,00 for a better final cleaning.
Payments:
one third on confirmation of the booking, the remaining on arrival.
Arrival:
between 17:00 and 20:00 hours (for other arrival times please contact the management).
Departure:
before 10:00
Interruption of the stay:
no refund for early departure or renunciation of the stay of the paid sum on arrival.
Renunciation:
in case of renunciation we keep the following penalities:
- 10% of the total sum for a cancelation 30 days before arrival;
- 25% of the total sum for a cancelation between 29 and 22 days before arrival;
- 50% of the total sum for a cancelation between 21 and 8 days before arrival;
- 75% of the total sum for a cancelation between 7 and 3 days before arrival;
- 100% after that.
RECOMMENDATION:
we kindly ask our guests to respect the resting hours between 14:00 and 16:00 hours and after 23:00 hours.
